The 2023 New Year campaign for Thắng Lợi Group, tied to its 13th anniversary and the message "Developing localities - Serving the nation". A young family walking towards apartment blocks welcoming new residents carries on the story of local development the group pursues.

The key visual system was rolled out for both Thắng Lợi Group and Thắng Lợi Land: social posts, a digital standee, the headquarters banner and a Tet banner at the Central Hill project. The Thắng Lợi Land version adds the message "A golden Year of the Cat, a connected flow - Together we change, together we win".
